Employees, students, alumni of VSB-TUO, and their family members can register. The first 100 registered participants will receive a gift.
Online registration on this website will close on 28.9.2026 at 12:00. Afterward, registration will be possible directly at the registration desk before the race until 15:30. Advance registration for the children's race is not required. Once registration is completed, no additional changes can be made, e.g., changing from 5 km to 10 km. The organizer reserves the right to suspend or close registration without prior notice. The registration fee is 100 CZK, collected directly at the registration desk before the race from 12:00. The entire amount of the registration fee is dedicated to charitable purposes. At the registration desk, runners will receive a time-tracking chip and a start number. A short warm-up will take place before the adult race.
2 hours
The start number must be visibly placed on the chest throughout the entire race. It is forbidden to fold or cover it in any way. During the race, it is strictly forbidden to manipulate the start number and/or chip in any manner. ITVS judges oversee the fairness of the race. The start number (and chip) is non-transferable. Violation leads to disqualification. Official time is the time from the starting gun shot. Real time is the time from crossing the start line to crossing the finish line. Start numbers with chips are not returned.
Four-member teams can participate in the race, and must include at least one woman. It does not matter which route you run. You will be evaluated based on the percentage gap behind the winner's time on your route, and the sum of your team scores will determine your team's overall ranking. Team members are also ranked in the individual standings.
Persons under 18 years of age must attend the event accompanied by an adult. The organizer reserves the right to exclude a participant from the event based on inappropriate behavior.
The notice on the processing of personal data is available for inspection with the race organizers, see contact for organizational matters. Within the framework of events organized by VSB-TUO, visual and audio recordings may be taken for the purpose of presenting the event organizer on the public websites of VSB-TUO, on the intranet, on VSB-TUO social media accounts, and in printed materials (Akademik magazine). VSB-TUO is not responsible for recordings taken and published by other entities. Photos and videos may be actively used for a period of 5 years.
Each participant is aware of the risks involving the danger of damage or injury to health arising from participation in the race. Each participant declares that they participate in the race voluntarily. Each participant participates in the race at their own risk and peril, and is solely responsible for their physical fitness and capability. Each participant is obliged to have health insurance for the duration of the race for potential treatment by emergency services or hospitalization. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, regulations, these rules, and conditions without prior notice. Only properly registered participants can take part in the races (except for the children's run). The participant must have their start number visibly attached in the prescribed manner at all times, i.e., on the chest and unfolded. Otherwise, they may be immediately excluded from participation and disqualified. The participant is obliged to follow the instructions of the Organizer throughout the duration of the race. The personal responsibility for deciding on one's physical readiness and ability to run the entire distance lies with the participants themselves. The organizer is not responsible for any injury to health, damage to property, or other harm incurred in connection with participating in or watching the race. None of the Organizer's decisions are subject to judicial review. The organizer reserves the right to change the route.
The organizer does not provide participants with insurance (health, accident, liability, etc.). If insurance of any kind is needed, it is up to the participant to arrange it independently, especially health insurance for potential treatment/hospitalization. Any costs will be charged to the participant.
